Fantasy Two: Car Crash, sorta
Fantasy Two: Car Crash, sorta
This week there were very powerful and threatening storms where you live. The news said today, especially, again and again, to stay indoors. But, they do not mean you. YOU are Mr. Macho and have a hankering for Taco Bell right now. So out and off you go.
Suddenly, a series of large CRACKING sounds to your left mean trouble. Your reaction time, being as shitty as it is, doesn't kick in in time to swerve out of the way of the old, New England, White Pine that has been struck by lighting and finished by the gusting wind. It stops you in your tracks. Smoosh. Oh, but that doesn't do it pal. Nope. You are bloodied and bruised, for sure, your head pounds and your eyes burn with non-stop streams of blood from a forehead gash, but, you manage to get out of the car and stumble onto the road. "Help! Anyone here?!", you yell as you trip over a branch and fall backwards on your arse breaking both your wrists trying to stop the fall.
Just then, a buck scared by all the noises of these moments barrels toward you. You do not see him, though. He stomps on your chest along his escape route breaking your ribs and puncturing your lungs. The last thing you see is the Taco Bell wrapper flying in the wind.
