This day I didn't want to give you too much time in my head space, and then at the same time, my own what-about-my-own-karma and what-happens-when-you-put-this-energy-into-the-universe worries had kicked in. My love of self will always outshine my hate for you,  but I couldn't let you carry on either, so...  

you had a boring death. Due to old age and too many cheeseburgers you suffered a heart attack and died, alone, in your sleep, at IHOP.  {Yes, you had nodded off there and the waitress can't stand you so she left you alone. It was too late by the time they realized you were not sleeping.}

protein. healthy carbs. healthy fat.

Ingredients

boiled egg

1/4 avocado

mustard 

light mayo

lime juice

paprka

Instructions

half egg(s) and remove yolk

mix light mayo and a dash of mustard with the yolks

smash 1/4 avocado with lime juice splash

pile one side of egg white with "deviled" filling and sprinkle with paprika

pile other side of egg white with avodaco smash
